Annotation -
Last update: PaedDr. Jana Hájková (27.09.2017)
The subject deals with the acute response of the organism to the load and the chronic adaptation processes of the individual organ systems of the human organism (with special attention to the period of childhood) caused by the physical load. It provides basic information about the functional and energetic demands of various types of physical activities and the influence of physical education on the development of the human organism.
