Annotation -
In practice, the students will use the knowledge gained in the study subjects. The practice is focused on working with physically handicapped and disabled people. The practise is being performed under the supervision of the selected workplace and the guarantor of the subject. Students actively participate in the educational process and should be able to interpret and defend selected approaches, methods and sequences which are applied in practice and present work by the predetermined form - a practise diary of activities. Furthermore, each student must complete an electronic course before the practice. The course will be accompanied by a printed "Certificate of successful completion of the course" (if the lesson will be online, it can be sent by e-mail). The workplace of the practice is Jedličkův ústav a Mateřská škola a Základní škola a Střední škola (V Pevnosti 4/13, 12841 Praha 2). By appointment with the guarantor of the practice (dr. Zemková), the practice can also be carried out at another school or institution for education of these pupils. The address of the school or institution the student is obliged to report to the guarantor of the practice by February 15, 2022.

Aim of the course -

The aim of the course is to use the knowledge gained in the study subjects. Practise is focused on working with pupils with health disadvantage and physical disability. It is supervised by the chosen workplace and the guarantor of the practice. The student is actively involved in the educational process, is able to interpret and defend the procedures, methods and sequences, which he/she applied in the practice. The practice diary keeps a records of theese activities.

Students can complete their practice at a selected school. In the case of extraordinary circumstances, a substitute performance can be agreed with the guarantor of the practice (dr. Zemková).

Course completion requirements -

Completion of full-time practice is prescribed by the curriculum. If it will not be possible to carry out the practice at the listed institutions due to epidemiological measures, the student will choose a substitute performance (see the practice cabinet). The substitute performance will be agreed with the guarantor of the practice (J. Zemková). The student will submit a practice diary and a printed certificate of successful completion of the course "Training before Practice". Mgr. K. Falcová will confirm the practice in JÚ. If the lessons in summer semester will be online, the required documents can be sent by e-mail.
