The course includes the following topics: Social policy concept. Basic thought processes - social political doctrines. Principles of social policy, basic documents of human rights. Social policy objectives. Subjects and objects of social policy. Tips, models of social policy, its functions and tools. The European dimension of social policy? types of welfare state. Poverty and social exclusion. Concept of poverty, measurement and causes of poverty, possible ways of solving poverty. Concept of socail exclusion, population groups at risk of social exclusion.
