The subject Computer Network I. is a basic subject of the content area of the study branch focused on the conception, function and use of local, large, data and transmission computer networks. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of Computer Networks I. is to acquaint students with basic theoretical basis of creation and structure of computer networks, their services and technical building elements. Part of the subject is also the introduction to basic skills in network management in commonly used operating systems.
