This course focuses on the key principles and practices of TEFL Methodology. It covers a wide range of topics, including the aims of English language teaching, intercultural communicative competence, understanding curriculum & syllabus, setting aims and objectives, the CEFR theoretical background, and RVP, lesson planning, activity design, and textbook evaluation and adaptation. It aims to familiarise future teachers with the principles of planning and help them understand the backstage of teaching by presenting theoretical concepts in connection with practice.
