Annotation -
The aim of the course is to develop students' language skills towards C1 level (CEFR) with a focus on practical skills regarding speaking, reading, writing, and listening. The course is based on systematic work with the core textbook. Homework will be assigned from Advanced Language Practice by Michael Vince.

Course completion requirements -
  • Active participation in the seminars
  • 3 absences allowed
  • Passing the credit test and the exam - scoring at least 70%
  • Number of exam dates: 1 regular + 2 resits

CAE certificates with an A or B grade, CPE certificates with an A, B, or C grade, and TOEFL certificates with a score of 100 or above can be recognized as equivalent to both attendance and the final exam. The certificate must be issued within the last two years.
