Annotation

English

This course mainly intends to lead the students towards reading books for children and young adults and employing in ESL classes. While trying to answer the question concerning the origins and qualities typical of literary works classified as English-written children’s literature, the course introduces history and individual genres of children’s literature written in English through a number of various activities, games and plays.

Kurz se v prvé řadě zaměřuje na podporu četby autentických děl dětské literatury a jejich možné budoucí využití studenty v hodinách anglického jazyka. Dále se věnuje otázkám spojeným s kvalitami typickými pro díla anglicky psané dětské literatury a rovněž s jejich hlavními žánry a historií.
