The aim of the course is to develop students? ability of critical self-reflection of the teaching and education profession.
Education is studied in three sections ? as man?s relationship to the world (ontology of education), as man?s relationship to
the society (phylogenesis of education) and as man?s relationship to oneself (ontogenesis of education). The dialogical
aspect of education and the care for the soul. Dialogical education today. Emendatory aspect of education and the turn to
education ? transcendental aspect of education. Instrumentalism of the modern understanding of education. The different
semantic meanings of education, qualification etc. The philosophical reflection of traditional and alternative concepts of
education. Education in crisis and education as a solution of the world crises.
