The second placement is a follow-up to the first one, Teaching Practice I. The aim of this teaching practice is to develop key competence (psychodidactical, communicative, diagnostic and self-reflective as well as the skills of classroom management) transfer of theoretical knowledge (the subject, methodology, pedagogy, psychology) The trainees are supervised by experienced teachers, and the students observe their lessons, and prepare their own teaching units. The students reflect on their results and learn to look for alternative approaches in language teaching and learning strategies and consider the implications of their choices.
