The seminar is designed for students of the follow-up Master's degree in Education Management. Its aim is to define the topics and topics that can be worked out in the thesis, to consider variants of the decision-making framework. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to prepare students for the creation of their diploma theses, to improve their abilities and skills in the field of preparation and creation of diploma theses, in a systematic approach to work with professional literature. The course also focuses on the methodology of preparation and implementation of analytical, respectively. practical part, especially the research part, its realization and interpretation.

Podmínkou získání zápočtu je vytvoření odpovídající verze ideového projektu diplomové práce, tzn.vypracování seminární práce s rešerší literatury a s praktickými příklady na konkrétní téma, v návaznosti na téma diplomové práce. Rozsah 10 NS, kvalita, splnění osnovy ideového plánu.
