Annotation -

The aim of the social psychological training is to lead students to improve self-recognizing through deeper insight into ones role in developing interpersonal relationships within a group. Students can apply their communication skills on examples, try to understand ones own statute, position including revision and reflection of ones own personality. Typical solutions are trained and new optimal background is searched to handle conflict situations.
