A. Theory
1) Importance, tasks and goals of swimming
2) Framework educational program, school education program - swimming lessons (key competencies, expected outcomes, curriculum)
3) Influence of swimming training on the development of individual key competencies
4) Stages of swimming training - didactic aspects of teaching, teaching methods, organizational forms, use of games in swimming lessons, safety aspects in teaching, swimming aids, training of swimming movements and skills

B. Methodology
Description of the selected swimming method - butterfly, breast and crawl sign including jump and individual turns (technique, biomechanical patterns of execution, methodology of training, preparatory exercises)
Students have three attempts to end the subject.

Hygiene and safety at swimming lessons. Rescue the drowning and ways of helping a tired swimmer. Practicing rescue - jump into unknown waters, zoom, grip, settlement, drawing drowning, taking out of the water and preparing for resuscitation. First aid and resuscitation.

Active participation, 85% attendance, practical test - the action rescue swimming underwater with hunting the puck, 25m manikin tow, to swim 400 meters freestyle, oral examStudents swim alone in separate lanes and each student has 2 corrective attempts to pass the credit
