Syllabus -

Safety and hygiene in the classroom. Basic swimming skills (breathing, blending, diving, jumping, swimming shots). Practicing the art of swimming sign, breast, crawl. Correction of previously fixed bugs. Training starting jump and basic rotations. Games and other activities in the water. Principles of safety on the water. Credit requirements: active participation in classes, practical test - show selected basic skills and swim 100 meters track for a given limit.

Credit requirements: 80% active participation in lessons, practical test - perform selected basic swimming skills: breathing in water, coinciding with the reflection from the side, roll forward and backward, header, swim underwater to a minimum zdálenosti 10m to swim 100 meters track at a given limit.Students swim alone in separate lanes and each student has 2 corrective attempts to pass the credit
