Annotation -
The course develops students' competencies for professional educational performance. Students analyze the Czech educational system and compare it with educational systems abroad. They learn about the basic education legislation, school management and classroom management.

The goal of the course is to develop the pedagogical competencies of students. Students evaluate critically different aspects of education systems. They learn to apply their knowledge about school and classroom management in practice.
