Methodology and training of climbing on an artificial wall. Preparations for climbing on rock surfaces. Safety rules. Climbing ropes, devices, team climbing, bouldering, rules, sport climbing, preparation of paths and tracks on the climbing wall, first aid activities in the event of a fall. The course takes place in Brandýs nad Labem.

Learning outcomes

Students will demonstrate the basic techniques and methodologies of climbing on an artificial wall, including safety procedures.

Students will explain and apply safety rules and proper use of climbing equipment such as ropes and devices during climbing activities.

Students will demonstrate climbing and bouldering techniques, following established rules and best practices.

Students will identify and perform first aid activities in the event of a climbing fall.
