The purpose of the course "Information and communication technology" is to achieve a basic competence for effective work with information and communication technologies in the role of teacher. The objective of this course is to contribute to create, respectively to systemize the user skills needed for work with modern digital devices (including mobiles), for orientation in the environment of local and cloud storage, for using of on-line services, and for processing more comprehensive and structured documents in an environment of modern word and spreadsheet editors.

Účelem předmětu Informační a komunikační technologie je docílit u všech studentů základní způsobilost pro efektivní práci s informacemi a soudobými informačními a komunikačními technologiemi. Cíl tohoto předmětu spočívá ve vytvoření, resp. systemizaci uživatelských dovedností potřebných pro práci s moderními digitálními zařízeními (včetně mobilních) pro orientaci v prostředí místních i cloudových datových úložišť, využívání internetových služeb a zpracování rozsáhlejšího a strukturovaného dokumentu v prostředí současných textových i tabulkových editoru.
