Course completion requirements

The schedule of the course is irregular. Students take the introductory three lessons together with the Elementary Science Education course studnts. Later, the groups part and the Elementary Science Experiment group focuses solely on the experimental site of science education.

For passing the course, 80% attendance is required. The final examination is conducted by means of he students' presentation of their chosen experiments together with a defence of the experiments' purpose in education. Students also submit a portfolio of five experiments suitable for elementary science education described in a form of a script accompanied with didactical comments including description of the objectives, possible problematic areas as well as evaluation of students' learning progress.
