Annotation
The course consists of lectures documenting the history and archaeology of Bohemia between c. 500 and c. 1000 AD. It consists of Power Point presentations with images of historical monuments, archaeological materials, works of art and archive documents. The course terminates with an examination and an essay by the students. Note: Being aware of possible language problems, the Department of History and the History Didactics offers only individual courses tutored by specialists, thus enabling a flexible communication and schedule, which can meet the students´ requirements. The students develop their own study plan according to their individual academic specialization and are expected to produce papers under the tutoring of the relevant specialists.
