Characteristic of current situation in prison services in the CR External and internal differentiation. Survey of existing prisons and departments for arrest execution in the CR. Emphasis on imprisonment of juvenile criminals. Treatment programs within prison services. Importance of crisis departments, output departments, and non-drug zones. Programs for condemned drug-habit forming persons. Specialized departments for execution of a punishment of women with children up age 3 - 5. Execution of a punishment of juvenile boys. Protective terapy. Alternative provision - characteristic of alternative punishments used in the CR and selected European countries. Visit to a prison (Rýnovice).

Charakteristika současného stavu vězeňství v České republice. Vnější a vnitřní diferenciace. Přehled o existujících věznicích a odděleních výkonu vazby v ČR. Důraz na výkon trestu odnětí svobody mladistvých pachatelů. Programy zacházení ve vězeňství. Význam krizových oddělení, výstupních oddělení, bezdrogových zón. Programy pro odsouzené osoby závislé na návykových látkách. Specializované oddělení pro VTOS odsouzených žen s dětmi do 3 až 5 let. VTOS u mladistvých chlapců. Ochranná léčba. Alternativní opatření - charakter alternativních trestů uplatňovaných v ČR, ve vybraných zemích EU. Návštěva věznice (Rýnovice).
