Swimming: Mastering basic swimming skills, practice technique swimming strokes. Practicing jump starting and basic rotations. Games and other activities in the water with a focus on pre-school children. Familiarization with safety and hygiene principles in teaching swimming. swimming:
Mastering basic swimming skills, practice technique swimming strokes - breast, emblem, crawl. Correction of previously fixed bugs. Practicing jump starting and basic rotations. Games and other activities in the water with a focus on pre-school children. Familiarization with safety and hygiene principles in teaching swimming.

gymnastics:
Mastering the techniques and methods of practicing gymnastic skills. Familiarization with appropriate forms of gymnastic exercises for age (floor exercise workout, acrobatics, use of equipment and tools, training helped, music and physical education, gymnastic unit construction, innovative content).

Swimming: practical test - basic swimming skills, their presentation, swim 100 meters chosen swimming stroke according to the rules of swimming in the limit. Part of the route is 100 meters jump start. Students swim alone in separate lanes and each student has 2 corrective attempts to pass the credit
