Personal improvement already mastered swimming styles ie, breast, crawl, backstroke and dolphin including starts and turns according to the rules of FINA swimming. Expanding the number of swimming skills, the development of special swimming skills and deepening educational activities. Correcting common mistakes using special průpravných and technical training in water and on land.

Syllabus -

Improving swimming styles breast, emblem, crawl, expanding the number of swimming skills, history and evolution of butterfly swimming manner, practicing and mastering how to swim butterfly, start a revolution swimming butterfly manner according to the rules of FINA, didactic activities, the most common error correction, special preparatory training and technical both in water and on land, the use of theory of training to develop endurance and strength abilities, training exercises and games.
