Improvement of techniques already mastered swimming strokes - breaststroke, crawl, backstroke and didactic learning basics činnosti.Rozvoj special abilities ie swimming speed, endurance, strength and flexibility with additional swimming pomůcek.Seznámení with elements flipper swimming fins and use in the classroom. Practicing and mastering swimming dolphin manner according to rules of swimming.

Improving technique swimming strokes breaststroke, character, crawl, perfecting techniques of starts and turns swimming strokes breaststroke, crawl, character, didactic activities - work in pairs, elements flipper swimming, training waves, meaning and use of fins in teaching (theory and practice), preparatory swimming exercise in water and on land, the importance and use of other swimming aids (plates, paws, etc.), development of special swimming strength, speed and vyrtrvalosti.
