Primary purpose of the course is to make students acquainted with basic concepts of combinatorics and probability, the basic knowledges, connections and rules for calculationg of corresponding examples. Secondary aim is to prove, repetite and  fix knowledges  from secondary school mathematics.

  • Combinatorics  - combinatorial rules of product and sum, permutation, combination (with repeating, without repeating), binomial  theorem, combinatorial  identities, inclusion-exclusion principle, pigeonhole principle.
  • Probability  - random event, combinatorial probability, random variable and its distribution of probability, conditional probability, independence of random events and variables, distribution function, moments
