The course is suitable especially for science-oriented students who passed English level at least B1 at secondary schools. Except for exercising and deepening elementary grammatical phenomena, the goal of the course is to acquaint the learners with the specific science vocabulary and also with the fundamentals of effective communication in English. The grammar part of the course follows the level B2, i.e. the FCE exam and is a part of every lesson. The participant’s vocabulary is deepened using authentic science-oriented texts. Effective communication is cultivated by writing abstracts and annotations in English, CV, emails and scientific papers writing basics.
