Basis of the Latin language with focus on the morphology and semantics. Comprehension of simple texts in Latin, translating idioms, individual sentences and texts from Latin to Czech as a means of knowing the grammar systen of the Latin language. Focus on the vocabulary ? lexical minimum of from 400 to 500 lexical units. Attention to the etymological relationship of Latin words with international words of the Latin origin and words used in students´ mother tongue. The systematic study of the derivation of French words from the Latin basis and the logical deduction of their meanings.
