Corect technique of excercises with and without the use of apparatus, theory and practice of the introductory and preparatory part of the lesson. Development of movement abilities. Sequential excercises, gymnastic game, terminology theory, problems with muscle building and stretching, student´s performances. Sporting gymnastic.
