Philosophic, antropologic and sociologic starting points. The placement of Physical Culture in the life of a man and a society from a historical and present points of view. The movement and the somatomental development of a human personality. Movement skills, their development and diagnostic. Physical education, its functions, aims and system. The Sports and sport training. Recreational movement activities, movement programs. The health and didactic aspects of movement activities. Everything in the sense of the aplication towards the specific of the type of studies.

Filozofická, antropologická a sociologická východiska. Místo tělesné kultury v životě jedince i společnosti v dějinách i v současnosti. Pohyb a somatomentální vývoj osobnosti. Pohybové schopnosti, jejich rozvoj a diagnostika. Tělesná výchova její funkce, cíle a systém. Sport a sportovní trénink. Pohybová rekreace, pohybové režimy. Zdravotní a didaktické aspekty pohybových aktivit. Vše v aplikaci na specifika studia.
