This course puts emphasis on in-service teachers´education and with the methods how to prepare educational programs. The aquired knowledge can be applied both in teachers profession and in the area of education adults´.

Kurz je úvodem do teorie této problematiky se zaměřením na další vzdělávání učitelů. Studenti budou seznámeni se systémem dalšího vzdělávání, jeho pomínkami, formami i metodikou tvorby vzdělávacích programů. Poznatky z kurzu mohou studenti využít ve své učitelské praxi i ve vzdělávání dospělých.
