This course is for students who are, or who will soon be, writing their final theses. Students review and practice effective writing. The more technical elements of academic writing are also looked at - footnotes, endnotes, bibliography, etc. There are weekly writing assignments culminating in a final short research paper.

Kurz je určen studentům píšícím diplomové práce na katedře anglického jazyka. Jeho obsahem je rozbor a procvičování efektivních technik psaní, procvičují se i prvky akademického psaní jako poznámky, poznámky pod čarou, bibliografie, apod. Pravidelné týdenní domácí práce završuje krátký odborný článek.
