The aim of subject PC2 computer, information and communication is to equip students with wider competences for effective work with information in current information technologies in the framework of its study on University and in school practice.
The goal of subject PC2 is to give deeper, following on course PC1 given knowledge and user skill connected with the work with personal computer and this expand and orientate on the process of searching, getting and processing information. Content of this subject is focused mastering computer environment, standard program products for working with text, number and graphical records, function of computer networks and using listed devices for preparing, supporting and realization of documents and activities in framework of students and teachers work.

Posláním studijního předmětu PC2 Počítač, informace a komunikace je vybavit studenty širší způsobilostí pro efektivní práci s informacemi a soudobými informačními technologiemi v rámci jejich studia na vysoké škole i ve školské praxi.
Cílem studijního předmětu PC2 je prohloubit v návaznosti na kurz PC1 příslušné vědomosti a uživatelské dovednosti týkající se práce s osobním počítačem a tyto rozšířit a orientovat na proces vyhledávání, získávání a zpracování informací. Obsahově se předmět zaměřuje na ovládnutí prostředí počítače, standardních programových produktů pro práci s textovými, číselnými a grafickými údaji, funkcí počítačových sítí a využití uvedených prostředků při přípravě, podpoře či realizaci dokumentů a činností v rámci práce studenta, resp.učitele.
