The seminar is aimed at finding and solving problems teaches meet in their everyday practice (basic documents affecting school education, how to prepare to classes, how to prepare physics experiments/practical work, evaluation and assessment, how to motivate students in physics teaching and learning, how to cooperate with colleagues etc.) - starting not from theoretical knowledge of pedagogy and psychology but from concrete experience of the teacher. Students attending the seminar are guided to discuss presented problems and expected to participate actively at the seminar.
