Lattice systems, thermodynamic limit, phase transitions as instabilities with respect to boundary conditions.

Ising model, transfer-matrix, free energy in one dimension, Krammers-Wannier duality, Peierls argument.

Cluster expansions, analyticity at high temperatures and in strong external field, low-temperature expansions, elements of Pirogov-Sinai theory.

Onsager solution.

Renormalization group, decimation in simple models, linearization about fixed point and relation to critical exponents.
