This course is oriented to essential study of common networking technologies from the viewpoint of particular ISO/OSI model layers from the application to the physical one. After finishing this course, students should be able to explain principles of various protocols like DNS, SMTP, HTTP, or SIP, internetwork routing, or ethernet.
