There should be 24 (16-32) attendants. The target is to make whole impression of project management of practices software project. The attendants will work in eight person teams in these roles: CEO(HR), CFO, COO, PM, BA, SA, TA, Documentarist. Each lecture will start with short explanation and crux of the matter will be in monitored meetings and presentations focused on improvement of presentation skills, negotiation, persuasion, leadership, organization, document creation, project planning ad calculation. The teams will prepare these documents: RFI, RFP, Offer, Concept, Agreement, Project, Analysis, Solution, Test scenarios, Documentation, Acceptance test, Acceptance protocol. Each material will be opposed, negotiated and confirmed.
Attendants will be classified based on quality of their documents and based on their presentation and discussion contribution.
