The course will teach students how to use the RStudio programming environment and provide them with basic skills for working with data in tables using popular libraries from the R language's tidyverse family: loading data from files/URLs, selecting and sorting rows/columns based on custom conditions, editing values, generating new variables based on table information, aggregation, and intelligent visualization of results. Presentations and live hands-on sessions will combine small group/individual projects and with self-study on DataCamp, where students will get a temporary free license.
