Fundamentals of crystallography and structure analysis. Point and space symmetry groups. Structure and properties of solids. X-ray diffraction. Structure determination. Application of structure analysis in materials research. Study of structure by electron diffraction and transmission. Practical tasks of experiment, search in structural databases, software for structure visualization. Suitable for bachelors and introduction for studnets non-specialists in crystallography and structure analysis.
