Syllabus -

Group of lectures, exercises and excursions covers following topics: Methods of the preparation of semiconductors. Electrical and optical methods of the characterization of solid-state materials, mainly semiconductors. Some excursions proceed in the form of excursion to the external research institutions in Prague.
