The course is focused on the field research practice and serves to students to gain some skills necessary for the field works. In the same time, some pieces of knowledge from theoretical courses are demonstrated. Localities for the course are chosen in dependence on current projects, and also on season and conditions in the field.

Kurs je zaměřen na terénní výzkumnou praxi a získání některých dovedností při terénním výzkumu. Zároveň jsou v terénu demostrovány některé poznatky získané v teoretických kurzech. Lokality jsou vybírány podle momentálních projektů, ale i ročního období a jejich stavu.

Syllabus -
Student will participate on the field research under the scientific projects of the staff at geological departments and institutes of the Faculty of Science. The training will be focused especially on filed data collections, section documentations and sampling for subsequent analyses. The obtained results will be compiled in the report.

Student se zúčastní terénních prací v rámci výzkumných projektů pedagogů geologické sekce, podílí se na sběru dat v terénu, dokumentaci profilů a odběry vzorků pro účely studia organických a anorganických složek fosilních ekosystémů, výsledky výzkumu shrne ve zprávě.
