Introduction to experimental design. Understanding data: basic statistic and graphical analysis. Regression. Analysis of variance. Analysis of covariance. Generalized linear models. Statistical modelling. Model simplification. Model criticism. Analysing count data: Poisson errors. Analysing proportion data: binomial errors. Binary response variables. Gamma errors. Survival analysis.
