Annotation -

Field course for the bachelor, master and PhD students aiming to introduce sampling techniques for freshwater fishes, and basic identification and ecology of fishes.

The course will take place April 29-30 and May 6-7.

Syllabus -

Field course for the master and PhD students aiming to introduce sampling techniques for freshwater fishes, basic identification of fishes and methods of estimation of abundance. Sampling techniques used: electrofishing, seine nets. Duration: 4 days, at the end of the summer semester. Maximum number of participants: 6.
