Annotation -
The lecture covers basic characteristics of all mycorrhizal types in relation to their anatomy, morphology, physiology and ecology as well as the influence of mycorrhizal symbioses on the soil environment and the rhizosphere. The lecture comprises practical courses focused on sampling of mycorrhizae and their subsequent evaluation. It is recommended to pass these lectures in advance: Plant anatomy or Anatomy and morphology of plants + some of the lectures on Plant physiology.
