Laboratory classes for specialists. They complement the lecture course on Plant Growth and Development MB130P78 (David Honys a kol.), but the enrolment is independent. Classes are organized in 4 blocks, 6h each during winter semester.
For getting credits, complete attendance and protocols are obligatory.

Praktická cvičení pro odborné kombinace se realizuje jako doplněk k přednášce Růst a vývoj rostlin (David Honys a kol.), která je společná pro učitelské i odborné zaměření. Rozsah 0/2 odpovídá celkově cca 24 h praktika, které je realizováno formou 4 šestihodinových bloků v průběhu semestru. Praktikum lze zapisovat i samostatně.

In 4 blocks, we follow selected chapters from the life cycle of Arabidopsis thaliana and Nicotiana tabacum.

Sylabus:

Praktické úlohy ve 4 blocích demonstrují vybrané kapitoly z vývoje rostlin, zejména rostlin Arabidopsis thalina a Nicotiana tabacum. Poznat lze moderní metody studia vývoje rostlin.
