Annotation -
Please note, the lectures are given in Czech language only.

The course is aimed at major fungal lineages, historical and recent concepts in fungal taxonomy. Recent studies are emphasized with focus on fungal morphology, life-cycles and partially ekology. Students present selected papers during the talks. During the practics, selected fungi mentioned in the lectures are surveyed by microscopy.

To successfully complete the couse, it is required to pass both the determination test and written exam consisting of five questions (rather wide topics, detailed knowledge of the content of the course is required).
