Fungal ecophysiology studies interactions of fungi with their environment and describes
mechanisms of these interactions. The results of ecophysiological studies reveal fungal strategies,
adaptations and the variability of responses at different fungal species and strains.

Zápočet je udělen za docházku (max. 2 absence) a za odevzdání písemného zpracování jedné lekce ve formě článkového výstupu se všemi náležitostmi. Text je v češtině s anglickým abstraktem a bývá zpravidla 1-2 průběžně konzultován s vyučujícím a upraven na základě konzultací do finální formy.

The subject includes nine practical tasks, which will be accomplished during the course. They include detection of enzyme activities, interactions of different species, growth and morphology changes at various sources and substrates, allelopathic effect of fungal exudates and degradation of polymeric organic compounds.
