Annotation -
The course acquaints students with basic psychological topics related to the widest spectrum of helping professions. The focus will be on the psychological pitfalls of helping professions, such as helper syndrome, conscious and unconscious motivation of the helper, stress and burnout - its manifestations and prevention, transmission and counter-transmission in the helping relationship, healthy borders in interpersonal relationships in general, relationship, etc. Students should take a knowledge framework that provides the basic criteria for healthy treatment of themselves and others in any assisting profession.

Aim of the course -

Learning outcomes of the course unit  the aim of the course is to provide students of pastoral careers or other helping professions with basic knowledge of the pitfalls associated with these professions and the human psyche - in the dialogue of psychology and theological anthropology

"Pomáhání" jako proces (zahájení, průběh, ukončení)

Motivace deklarovaná a nevědomá;
Hodnoty a potřeby zúčastněných v interakci; příklady nezdravé komplementarity potřeb;
Roviny pomáhajícího vztahu
Zdravě položené hranice ve vztazích a patologie hranic;
Sexuální hranice u PP; pomáhání a ovládání druhých, zneužití vlivu;
Stres a syndrom vyhoření v pomáhajících profesích (vznik, symptomy a prevence);
Supervize v pomáhajících profesích.
