The lecture series will focus on the artistic patronage of popes, cardinals, religious orders and other important figures in Italy in the 17th century. The focus will be on the works of important masters in cultural centres such as Rome, Florence.

Přednáškový cyklus bude zaměřen na umělecký mecenát papežů, kardinálů, církevních řádů a dalších významných osob v Itálii v 17. století. Pozornost bude zaměřena na díla významných mistrů v kulturních centrech jako byl zejména Řím, dále např. Florencie.
