Course "Legal Framework of the European integration" is Jean Monnet course focused on major legal instruments and trends in the EU. Particular attention is given to the impact of the enlargement the Lisbon Treaty reform, Brexit and COVID-19 crisis.

Online exam (60 minutes), a case-study format (max. 80 points).

+ 3 page case analysis of a ECJ case involing a new (post 2004) EU state (max. 20 points).

·       B: 90-81 points

·       C: 80-71 points

·       D: 70-61 points

·       E: 60-51 points

.       F : 0 - 50 points
