Policy Studies Workshop: Multiple Streams Framework (MSF) by prof. Nikos Zahariadis (Rhodes College, USA) on November 5, 2021 (THE DATE MIGHT CHANGE) 9.20-18.20 (IN PERSON, IF POSSIBLE). The Multiple Streams Framework (MSF) is one of the most elaborated policy process frameworks and prof. Zahariadis is a leader in this field.
The workshop is dedicated to advanced BA students who are interested in the policy process research. It focuses on operationalization and application of MSF to empirical data (interviews, document analysis, media analysis, etc.) and their participatory discussion. The workshop aims to discuss and formulate research designs.

The credits will be granted after fulfilling following conditions (plagiarism and other misconducts against academic and/or good manners will prevent passing the course):
1) Active participation in discussion 25 %
2) Attendance (100 % - it is just a one day workshop)
3) Critical summaries of 3 texts (á 1-2 pages) 25 %
4) Elaboration of an assigned task and its presentation (cca 15 min.) 50 %

The workshop is open to all BA students interested in the policy process research. Previous knowledge of the policy process is advantage.
