After completing the course, students shall be able to understand the basics of theory and practice related to proliferation, arms control and disarmament. The core related theoretical concepts/models/aspects as well as various issue-specific dimensions of related practices and the actor-based analysis of differences in approaches will be introduced to and discussed with the students.
