Aim of the course

The primary aim of the course is to introduce the students to the research and policy agenda of regional security. The students should be provided with conceptual and theoretical tools that can help them examine security cooperation in individual regions during later stages of their academic and/or policy careers. A secondary objective is to stimulate the development of reading, writing, presentation, debate, and critical thinking skills.
